I know the nice lady that called, but that did not change of influence my response.

She said there was a historical home being sold in the Santa Clarita Valley, and she said when she "Googled" it - It showed that it was being sold by me.  Connor MacIvor with REMAX's Paris911 Team.

Protection witin real estateI told her I was not shocked, and that is why we are able to maintain such a large Team of Top Producing Realtors, assisting Both Buyers and Sellers.

When a lot of properties are Googled - they come up with my Team being the Go To Source for those specific real estate properties.

However, in this case, instead of introducing her to one of our buyers agents and having my buyer agent do the recon on the specific property, I gave her what she wanted.

She wanted to do a story about the specific property and thought the best point of contact would be the listing agents.  She was right, so I told her to hold on a sec., while I pulled up the property in the MLS.

I then gave her the agent's intel, and she contacted him to do a story about the home.

Before she hung up, she said thanks to me.  But, she said it in such a way that seemed odd.  I said, "Of course, anyone would have done what I did..." - She responded, "No they would not have, I usually get told, find them yourself..."

Wow - Told to a Reporter at the Signal?  Don't these realtors know that it may be their turn to have a "good deed done"?  However, with bad Kharma floating around like that - it may never happen.

We did a real estate market report for Beverly Hills Realty for Sale.  You can also go the dot com with the same name as just stated.  They are on a steep decline, and have been for the past few weeks.

Time will tell - but the "fall of the real estate market" back in 2006/2007, did not cause them too much harm.
