In our case, I will never forget Pam Greene.  She was great and taught us enough to get us admission to take the state exam.

One of the things she spoke about was how agents, the majority, would rather be listing agents.

Today, you'd think things were the same.  I don't even think things were the same back then - that was 1998.

Working with a multitude of buyers is the bee's knees.  That is why most agent's in our local venue, the most successful ones, have developed Santa Clarita real estate teams.

Five to be exact.  Three full time, then you have Paris and I.  We show buyers too.  In order to operate a team in this way - you must have the buyer leads.

Without that, a buyers agent might as well work on their own.  Plus, your team needs to be organized.

That is the hallmark of a truly successful real estate team.

Those buyers agents are always looking for the latest in real estate inventory within their buyer's parameters.

That is why the homes that are listed for sale by a top Santa Clarita real estate agents team sell faster, for more $$$ etc, than if they were not.

It simply makes sense.  To be a listing agent is great.  To win listings, time and time again, due to how the listing agent operates a team of Buyers Agents, that is where the rubber meets the road in Real Estate...
