Stevenson Ranch CA - Median sales price is up to $749,000, that is an increase over last week - We also have a notable increase in price per square foot for the Stevenson Ranch area up to $244. We are watching there is the same downward trend being established in the days on market reporting for this week as compared to last - 90 days on market is the average time frame for the listings that enter the for sale market in Stevenson Ranch CA.
