If you are not watching the daily numbers within our Santa Clarita Valley - you may miss the "why".
This is what I believe, anyone in any craft - being a cop, detective, pharmacist, doctor, attorney, realtor, they should all be very good at real estate daily showtheir craft before I will saddle up with them.
Before I hitch my Trailer to any service provider - they need to know what they are doing.
The first place I go before hiring, besides family and friends, is to the internet.  I ask the almighty Google or Bing what they think and then weed out the "non hackers" from those that seem to know what they are talking about.
What if they aren't talking?  Then I don't give them my business.  This does not mean that all those that are not writing about helping their clients and not answering questions are not equipped to help their clients.
It's just they maybe a little behind when it comes to the "informational" society that has formed.  And when anyone is a "little behind" on current events and happenings - It does make me pause.
