They have their own vendors, contractors and service providers - but we have been able to change their minds when it comes to who they use by who we Trust!

Here are a few of the types of "vendors" that we need when it comes to the handling of the Foreclosure Assets the bank trusts us with their Pre Marketing, Listing and Selling.

  • Locksmiths
  • General Contractors
  • Lawn Maintenance
  • Landscapers
  • Window repair
  • Plumbers - identifying - fixing leaks and installing fixtures
  • Painters
  • Dry-wall repairs
  • Carpet Cleaners
  • Carpet and flooring installers
  • Grout Refreshers
  • Clean Outs - self sustaining cleaning - water on board with vendor a plus (can be  combined with Trash Outs)
  • Trash Outs - Dump Access required (can be combined with Clean Outs)
and Others.  FYI, when the prices are over certain amounts - two bids are needed.  We are about a "fair" playing field.  We ask our vendors for the bids, we are blind, submitting both to the bank for Asset Manager approval.
Anyone that wishes to be considered must be able to take, upload and send photos - Before, during and after.
We operate the same way when handling our Bank Owned properties - No one knows the amounts of the offers that were submitted when in a Multiple Offer Scenario.
