The days of finding a home and writing and offer and having that offer accepted, (easily that is), are a thing of the past.

At least until the next time our local Santa Clarita Real Estate market shifts again.

We are knee deep in a sellers real estate market. The sellers in the Sellers are able to call their shots. They, often times, are finding that their homes that their selected real estate professional are selling are exceeding their expectations.

Cash offers have abounded until recently. We are, however, seeing a bit of a "pull back" from the cash investors that are buying, rehabbing and renting to hold.

The first sign the Paris911 Team, yours truly, observed had to do with rental prices starting to be reduced on rentals and leases that had been advertised within the Local Multiple Listing Service.

It did not take long for that specific activity to make it's way throughout the local real estate community within the local channels.

Brought to you first by The Paris911 Team at REMAX. That does not mean that you are going to have clear sailing when it comes to writing offfers on real estate that involve any type of financing.

There are still going to be hiccups and issues with the "getting offers accepted" on real estate listings. They do arise and are mostly dependent on the agent you have hired.

Take heed, nothing ever stays the same, meanwhile - subscribe to our newsletter - It is mostly done by video, some podcast's and some Radio. In all ways, we will be there for you when you are ready.

One final thing - when searching for real estate, make sure you are using your real estate agents platform for searching for homes, condo's and town-homes. If they don't have a way for you to search with a system that is closed, where you don't have to worry about your personal information being sold, traded or compromised, tell them to get one :)
