We had just taken the contract on this home yesterday evening in Canyon Country CA.

The home shows very well and is located a bit off of the Beaten Path.

However, it is part of a GREAT school district, has a large yard, big enough for a pool and some "extras" needing to be seen to believe.

It's our process...

We are now working on our "internet build outs" with regard to this listing and preparing the shows "virtual tours".

This will be out Paris911 7 Day Build Out.

There is a lot to do before a listing is fit to be entered into the MLS - Multiple Listing Service with the local Boards of Realtors.

First Impressions are Important

First off, you need to know that there may not be a second chance to make a first impression.

Some of the real estate Syndication Websites, you will know as Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com - are not actual MLS fed. They obtain their listing data by Permission of the listing agent.

The Listing Agent controls the flow...

Believe it or not, I can shut off the feed that uploads to those websites.  If my seller wishes, or if I think it is in my best interest to do so, we will.  The only place that listing will be seen if that happens is on an Actual Multiple Listing Service fed directly by the Local Boards of Realtors.
